Aditro

Client manager

As a client manager for a project with Aditro Logistic, I created an effective workflow based on trust and professionalism. Along with my work as a client manager, I also had the responsibility for the organisational culture aspect of our strategy. The client, a large company in the logistics sector, wanted to attract more B2B and B2C customers.

My team and I provided the client with strategies for company culture, employer branding, ideal customer profile, marketing strategies and a key action plan. They implemented several of our strategies, among them is a strongly value-driven approach to the brand-identity and communication. They have greatly simplified the communication of their offerings, making it easy to see how their services fit into their customers’ processes, even when the customers may not understand the tech side of the business. They have also adopted the Aditrooper concept that we came up with, to show the importance of inclusivity in their employer values, building loyalty and a stronger employer brand identity.

Great work and good discussions. Really appreciate the work. Delivery were beyond my expectations. I had a meeting with our HR director directly after the presentation. Where I raised the urgency regarding the topic company culture and value words.

Diversity and Inclusion Start-up

Co-founder / product manager

In the spring of 2022 I co-founded a start-up working to create a highly interactive digital experience utilising gamified learning to help companies better implement diversity and inclusion objectives.

We have participated in the Blekinge Business Incubator Summer Sprint, as well as the Chalmers Ventures Start-up Camp. The start-up has been an intense learning experience due the scope of the responsibilities that I have taken on as well as the need to constantly drive the project. My responsibilities have included:

  • Attracting clients and managing client relations;
  • Facilitating all meetings with external parties;
  • Conducting DEI workshops with potential clients;
  • Conducting interviews with early adopters for insights;
  • Creating content for our game;
  • Working with design-thinking processes.

Cancerfonden

Client manager

As a client manager for a project to help a Non-profit organisation CancerFonden attract a B2B audience, my team and I provided the client with a new strategy in acquiring the desired B2B client through an immersive "grant a wish" social media take-over campaign.

As a client manager I built a strong bond with the client which created an effective and engaged cooperation. My role was to:

  • Organise and facilitate meetings;
  • Profile client and stakeholders;
  • Manage team and client alignment;
  • Manage potential conflicts;
  • Act as a bridge between team and client for information exchange;
  • Update the client on progress;
  • Represent the team and employer;
  • Keep and promote momentum and engagement.

Rebel Rebel

Market Strategist

As a client manager for a project with floristry bad-asses Rebel Rebel Italia, I had the role of market strategist.

Our team produced a brand book with strategies to build a strong brand identity, scale-up, and target a new demographic. The client now has embraced some of our strategies on their website and business: they have followed the brand identity manual to create impactful changes to their website and social media marketing. They are now communicating their offerings in a clear and enticing way, with lots of photographs and with clear, easily accessible content.

OSM aviation academy

Team leader / Data Analyst

As a team leader and data analyst, I honed my leadership skills as well as taking a deep dive into data analysis in Google Data Studio.

Our client, OSM Aviation Academy, aimed to find marketing strategies for high-intent personas. I analysed raw data to come up with insights for decision making. We created data-backed sales and marketing strategies targeting specific high-intent personas. My responsibilities for this project included:

  • Motivating the team after a big incident with the module's industry leader, which destabilised the whole class;
  • Organising and dividing tasks within my team;
  • Collating and synchronising all the team members' analysis and insights for the deliverable;
  • Analysing raw data within a certain scope of the project.
